3) goal: development of a scientific and theoretical rationale for improving methods of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in the context of judicial reform in Ukraine;
4) expected result: defense of dissertations, writing of monographs, publication of scientific articles, participation in scientific and practical conferences, publication of theses of reports.
The general tasks of implementing the topic are:
– analysis and interpretation of normative legal acts of Ukraine adopted in the context of judicial reform in Ukraine;
– analysis and processing of existing theoretical studies of the mechanisms of legal improvement of methods and means of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities;
– identification and justification of the most effective forms, principles and specific legal means of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in the conditions of judicial reform in Ukraine, taking into account public and private interests;
– introduction of proposals to improve the legal regulation of ways to protect the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in the context of judicial reform in Ukraine.
